Quito Day 1 We arrived about 11:00 on Jan. 4th. The airport was very modern and we were in and out of customs in record time. The cab ride was a nail biter. A small little cab that dashed in and out of traffic until we got to Old Town Quito. Our hotel, Hotel San Francisco is located on a one way street. Our cab driver started at the end and drove three blocks in reverse to get us to the hotel. The half hour cab ride was $26.
